Spacious, modern and newly remodeled villa located directly on the beach just steps away from the Pacific Ocean with a private pool! Enjoy a nice BBQ on the new KitchenAid grill by your own private, large swimming pool.

This villa is located within a private, spacious, gated community, located on the beach with 24/7 security both at the front gate and on the beach.

This newly remodeled designer villa has a Mediterranean flare to it featuring gorgeous artwork, high-end furniture and imported marble and granite from around the world.

PLEASE NOTE that the master bedroom does not have a door - it is open to the living room, however, there is a partial wall between the living room and the master bedroom as well as a heavy curtain.

Guests will have access to their own private swimming pool and they will also have direct beach access which is 10 steps away from your pool!

Other things to note
Due to the high-end finishings in the villa, this villa is not apt for children.

La Cruz de Huanacaxtle town is a 10-15 minute walk from the villa and you can get there via the beach. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars in that area. The next main town over is Bucerias, which is a 10 minute drive from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.
